What the service does not do
InvoiceProforma is not accounting software: it does not keep your ledgers, reconcile bank statements or prepare tax returns.
It is not connected to e-invoicing or tax reporting systems (IRN, eTIMS, MyInvois, ZATCA, EFRIS…). Where your final tax invoices must go through such a system, use it for those invoices; proformas, quotes and delivery notes are not affected.

Do I need a card to open a free account?
No. You sign up with an email address or a Google account. No payment details are asked while you stay on the Free plan.
What happens after my 3 free documents?
You keep access to your documents and can download them again. To create more, switch to Pro.
Does the Pro plan renew automatically?
No. You pay once with PayPal for one year. Nothing is charged when the year ends: you decide whether to renew.
Why is the price in US dollars?
The same price applies in every country. The amount charged in your currency depends on the exchange rate of PayPal or your bank on the day of payment.
Are the features the same on both plans?
Yes: six document types, 52 currencies, tax IDs and custom fields, logo, stamp, signature, five layouts, email or WhatsApp sending. Only the number of documents changes.
